We specialise in bathroom projects where more is at stake than tiles and fixtures — projects that require technical insight and approval from a housing association or authorities.
We tailor the design to your project — from the floor plan, in collaboration with an external architect at a fixed price, to the technical solutions behind the walls: ventilation, drainage, electrical and structural work. If the project requires expanding the floor area, we also handle the building permit.
An approval is rarely just a yes or a no. We prepare the application, liaise with the housing association’s board and handle the authority processing — including the building permit, if the project expands the floor area. For a design-build contract, we also provide the technical documentation needed for the bank to approve the financing.
We turn the approved design into concrete products. Purchasing and deliveries are managed closely through our supplier network, so you get the right products at the right price — with no delays holding up the project.
We carry out the bathroom, from demolition to turnkey handover, with our own in-house construction team — membranes and waterproofing, tiles and surfaces, fixtures, lighting and heating. Solutions are tailored to your wishes and budget, and carried out to the approved design.
Already have a drawing or a quote? We review it against the same criteria we design to ourselves: measurements, fall/slope, ventilation, materials and approvals.
It typically takes around 25 hours to design and manage a bathroom project. The scope naturally depends on the individual project, and we always assess this case by case. We agree in advance how many hours will be allocated to your specific project, at an hourly rate of DKK 795 excl. VAT. This covers technical drawings, solution proposals and approval from the housing association/authorities.
The price of the bathroom renovation itself depends on the scope of the project and the choices you make along the way. We always price the work using the construction industry's most accurate and up-to-date costing system, and secure you the best price by working from a clearly defined scope with interfaces that are as well-defined as possible. Along the way, we also continuously adjust your budget through construction choices, material choices and purchasing.
As a rule, all our prices and quotes show both including and excluding VAT, so you always have a clear view of both.
There's no deposit. Depending on how the project is planned and which materials are involved, we draw up a payment plan for the process. As a rule, payment is always made in arrears, never in advance.
In short: bathroom renovation covers the surfaces — tiles, fixtures and furniture — which in principle can be handled by a tradesperson, provided their skills and reliability are up to it. Design-build is the whole job, for when more is needed: for example if drains and pipes need to be relocated, the floor area needs to be expanded, or technical documentation is required for approval from a bank, housing association or authorities.
No — that's part of the advisory/design service. We handle the approval for you.
The choice is yours — but you won't be on your own with it. We advise on style, materials and solutions along the way, and are happy to point you in a particular direction if you'd like. We also factor budget and lead times into our recommendations, and keep track of every choice throughout, so you have full visibility of the whole process.
If the scope changes along the way, we adjust the budget and schedule accordingly. We typically set aside a modest amount in the budget for unforeseen conditions or an expanded scope, so we can always act quickly and keep the project moving.
We don't recommend it — it can affect the overall quality. This would only ever involve the very last, finishing touches, and any work you do yourselves can only take place after handover. In special cases, where it's essential or otherwise makes good sense, it can be arranged.
Our default approach is to see the job through ourselves, start to finish. In some cases, though, we can agree on a different model: we provide the documentation and approvals, and you then take over from there with your own tradesperson.
The construction industry's standard warranty rules apply, and we're insured throughout the entire supply chain. Along the way, we also make sure the legally required quality assurance documentation is prepared and filed in your project folder on our server.
Yes — all documentation from your project is kept in your project folder on our server. You have access to the folder for up to a month after the project is completed, so you can retrieve whatever you need for things like insurance or resale.
