Centrum Bad is newly founded — but built on a background that goes back a long way. As a bricklayer, I’ve worked with the practical side of bathrooms, and as a client’s advisor, project manager and design-office owner, with the drawing-technical and procedural side. It’s the combination of the practical and the theoretical approach that creates the whole in how we work.
Our in-house construction team is a strategic partnership with two Danish master bricklayers who specialise in bathrooms — both with up-to-date training in wet-room construction as well as asbestos surveying and handling, which today is practically a requirement on any renovation. That means execution stays with us rather than with loose subcontractors, and that experience means the right solutions for space, materials and design fall naturally into place as the process unfolds.
We work on the part of a bathroom project that rarely appears in a quote: drawings, technical solutions and the dialogue with the housing association and authorities. This is where a project often stalls or drags on — and it’s where we make the biggest difference.
